Use your peak headcount, not the average day. A gang of five becomes fourteen when the other trades arrive, and an inspector counts seats.

Size is not the only question
Do you need an office?
If inductions, drawings or phone calls happen on site, the 16ft or 20ft pays for itself the first week. The 12ft has no office.
How long is the job?
Longer hires sharpen the weekly rate, because delivery and collection cost the same either way. See what sets the price.
Will it move?
All three tow on their own axles. If you expect to move between plots, say so at quote stage and it gets priced in.
What is the access like?
